| With one hand on the black grip, hold the opposite ball with the other hand. Point the AllAround straight out from your forearm. Twist the ball in a motion like turning a doorknob back and forth. | Place hands on balls with your palms facing each other and arms extended. With the AllAround remaining horizontal to the ground, twist your hands in opposite directions. | Place your hands on black grips with arms extended.
